Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SmartParho, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Platform Usage
SmartParho provides educational resources for personal study purposes. All users can view PDFs. Downloads are subject to subscription tier limits. Redistribution or commercial use of resources is prohibited without permission.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Role selection occurs during onboarding — admin accounts are created separately by SmartParho staff.
Contributor Content
Contributors upload resources for review. All uploads remain pending until approved by an admin. SmartParho reserves the right to reject or remove content that violates guidelines.
Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans provide additional download privileges. Local payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) are manually verified. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
SmartParho provides resources as-is. We do not guarantee exam results or academic outcomes. The platform is not affiliated with any examination board.
