Is SmartParho free to use?
Yes. Everyone can browse and view PDFs for free. Registered free accounts get one textbook download per day. Standard and Premium plans unlock more downloads.
Which boards and classes are supported?
SmartParho covers major Pakistani boards (Federal, Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, AJK) for Class 1 through Class 12, organized by board, class, medium, and subject.
Can guests download resources?
No. Guests can view PDFs in the browser but must sign in to download. Download limits depend on your subscription tier.
How do I become a contributor?
Create a free account, complete onboarding, and choose Contributor. Upload resources for admin review — nothing is published until approved.
How do schools become sponsors?
Sign up and select Sponsor during onboarding. Add your school profile, respond to student leads, and optionally upgrade to a featured sponsorship plan.
How are payments verified?
Local payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) are submitted with proof and manually verified by our team before your plan is activated.
Can I request a missing book or resource?
Yes. Use the Request a Book page and tell us the board, class, subject, and title. We prioritize popular requests when sourcing content.
How do I report a broken link or wrong file?
Use Report an Issue and include the page URL and a short description. Our team reviews reports and fixes or removes problematic content.
